Privacy Policy.

How we handle data on this website. Last updated April 2026.

This website is operated by FGTM Consulting, registered at 142, rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris, France. For any privacy-related queries, contact us at jp@fgtmconsulting.com.

We collect a small amount of data, only with your consent, and only to understand how visitors use our website.

  • Analytics data (Google Analytics 4). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records anonymised information about your visit — pages viewed, time on site, approximate location based on IP address (which we anonymise), browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Your IP address is anonymised before being sent to Google.
  • Email contents. If you email us at jp@fgtmconsulting.com, we hold the contents of your message and your email address to reply to you. We do not add you to any mailing list.

We do not collect any other personal data. We do not run a contact form, sell or share data with advertisers, or use tracking pixels from social networks.

We use one functional cookie to remember your consent decision (so the consent banner does not reappear on every visit), and — only if you have accepted analytics — a small set of cookies set by Google Analytics.

  • fgtm-consent (functional, required) — stores your consent choices. Set by FGTM Consulting. Expires after one year.
  • _ga, _ga_*, _gid (analytics, optional) — set by Google Analytics if you accept analytics. Used to distinguish unique visitors. Expire after up to two years.

You can change your consent decisions at any time by clicking the Cookies & analytics link at the bottom of any page.

Under the GDPR and French data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at jp@fgtmconsulting.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) at cnil.fr.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third party that processes data from this website is Google (via Google Analytics), and only with your consent. Data is transferred to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
